How to carry:

Step 1 : Release a fixing bolt

Step 2: Grab the opposite fixing bolt and pull the shaft

Step 3: hold the upper / lower pads of this product with both hands and gently pull it up and down to remove. After separation, you can adjust the number of springs according to your desired elasticity.
